RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF A. C. ECHOLS, JR.,
& J. LYNN CORNWELL, JR., FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER
CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of A. C. Echols, Jr., and J. Lynn Cornwell, Jr.,
Trustees, for revision of the Zoning District Map, assigned No. ZN~76, to
rezone 8.8 acres from R-3 to B-2 is received and referred to the Planning
Commission for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11,
Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
