AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION
AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING BONDING
REQUIREMENTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A notice of Public Hearing to consider proposed amendments of the
Subdivision and Land Development Regulations of the Town Code regarding
bonding requirements shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on
June 5 , 1986, and June 12 , 1986, for public hearing
on June 25 , 1986, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10
Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
