AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING MAP
AMENDMENT #ZM-74--MARTIN H. PORETSKY
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-74, by
Martin H. Poretsky to the zoning district map of the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance,
to rezone from County A-3 to County PD-IP, 23.5 acres of land located on the
north side of Route 7 and bounded by P. & K. Cassidy et al and T. G. Crouch on
the north, Route 7 on the south and Thomas G. Crouch on the east shall be
published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on May 22 , 1986, and
May 29 , 1986, for public hearing on June 11 , 1986
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg,
Virginia.
PASSED this 14th day of May , 1986.
