A RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, Councilmember Marylou Hill submitted her resignation from the Leesburg
Town Council on May 7, 1986, effective immediately; and
WHEREAS, Councilmember Hill was the Councilmanic appointee to the Cable Televi-
sion Advisory Commission; and
WHEREAS, Jerry S. Pelkey was appointed to fill the vacancy on the Town Council:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as fol-
