AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER i[7 "TAXATION
AND LICENSES" OF THE TOWN CODE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of Public Hearing to amend Chapter 17 "Taxation and Licenses" of
the Town Code regarding the imposition of a 2% tax on prepared meals and a 3%
tax on transient room rental receipts shall be published in the June !5, 1986 Loudoun
in the Council
Times-Mirror for a public hearing on June 11, 1986, at 7:30 P.M.
Chambers at 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, VA.
