Unverferth, Director of Engineering B. L. Nevois, Asst. Director of Engineering Mr. Unverferth and Mr. Nevois discussed plans and negotiations to procure various properties within the District. The requested: la) permission to secure a Railroad Right of Way in Shrewsbury, MO for a price not to exceed $67,000; 1b) & lc) permission to purchase properties at 8645 Pardee Rd. in Crestwood, MO AND at 9353 — 9375 Watson Industrial Court in Crestwood, MO, together for an estimated price of approximately $4 million under a previous appropriation (Ordinance 14122 — Gravois Trunk Sanitary Storage Facility) AND to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Crestwood to relocate and construct a Public Works facility; and 1d) permission to purchase the property at 6500 Manchester Rd. in St. Louis, MO for a price of $360,000.
