Mr. Dan Shepard requested approval of a certain property acquisition located at 2924 Mary
Avenue with an expected purchase price of $650,000.
Motion made by Ms. Bonner and seconded by Ms. Mandel to approve the acquisition of the
parcel identified in Mr. Shepard's request.

Ms. Edwards discussed negotiations with property owners of 6921 Odell St. and 6927 Odell St.
Both properties were impacted by recent flooding. She requested approval to purchase 6927
Odell St. at a purchase price of $90,000 and 6921 Odell St. at a purchase price not to exceed
$100,000.
Motion made by Ms. Mandel and seconded by Mr. Berry to approve the acquisition of the
parcels as requested by Ms. Edwards.
