A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING MAP AMENDME~I' #ZM-75

RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider rezoning application ~ZM-75
by C. J. Payne to amend the zoning district map of the Leesburg Zoning
Ordinance to rezone from R-2 to B-2, 5,679.9 square feet of land located on
the south side of East Royal Street, bounded by 206 Royal Street, S.E. on
the north, Gould on the south, 201 Royal Street, S.E. and 204 South Street,
S.E. on the west and 205 Royal Street, S.E. on the :east shall be published
in the Loudoun Times Mirror on June 19 , 1986 and .T,m~ ?&
1986 for public hearing on July 9 , 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
PASSED this llth day of June , 1986.
