AUTHORIZING A GRANT TO THE LOUDOUN MUSEUM, INC. FOR THE EXTERIOR
PAINTING OF THE MUSEUM BUILDINGS
WHEREAS, the adopted budget FY 1986 includes $10,000 for the Loudoun
Museum; and
WHEREAS, the Museum has ob]igated $4,048 of this amount; and
WHEREAS, the Museum Board of Directors has requested a grant to paint
the exterior of the museum buildings.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg ~n Virginia
as follows:
A grant in the amount of $5,952 is authorized and the manager is directed
to forward the grant payment to the Loudoun Museum, Inc. ~n that amount for
the exterior painting of the museum buildings in accordance with the bids
submitted by Clifford Jennings to be completed prior to October 1, 1986.
