RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY TRANS-
FERRING THE PETTY CASH FUND
WHEREAS, on November 12, 1962, the City Council of the City
of Temple City established the Petty Cash Fund Custodian as Marjorie
A. Woodruff.
WHEREAS, transfer of this responsibility becomes necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The established petty cash fund in the sum of
$200.00 with Marjorie A. Woodruff as Custodian, is hereby transferred
to Dorothy Wirth as Custodian of the Petty Cash Fund.
SECTION 2. The fund shall be reimbursed periodically by
checks of the City of Temple City, signed by the Mayor, Treasurer,
and City Clerk made out to Dorothy Wirth, the Custodian of said fund.
SECTION 3. Accurate and complete records of all expenditure
shall be made by the Fund Custodian.
SECTION 4. This fund shall be subject to audit periodically
by the auditor of the City of Temple City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of July, 1966.
