AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ZONING MAP
AMENDMENT #ZM-71--SYDNEY E. ALBRITTAIN, TRUSTEE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-71, by
Sydney E. Albrittain, Trustee, to revise the Leesburg Zoning District Map to
rezone from A-3 to Town B-I, 8.4247 acres of land located on the south side
of Clubhouse Drive and west of Route 15 (South King Street) on a portion of
the land of the Leesburg Westpark Motel and golf course shall be published
in the Loudoun Times Mirror on July 3, 1986, and July 10, 1986, for public
hearing on July 23, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun
Street, S.W., Leesburg,
