BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1.
zam<<; CLASSIFICATIW ESTABLISHID.
Zoning Classification of "B" Multi Family Residential shall be
and is hereby established for the following described tract of land
within the City of Bel Aire, Kansas, to wit:
Beginning 150 feet north of the southeast corner of
the southwest quarter of Section 19, Township 26
South, Range 2 East, Sedgwick County, Kansas and
running north along the east line of said southwest
quarter, a distance of 1250 feet; thence S 89
degrees 361 02" W, 880 feet; thence S 40 degrees
081 48" W, 583.49 feet; thence N 90 degrees 001 00"
W, 610 feet; thence south to a point 150 feet north
of the south line of Section 19; thence east to the
point of beginning.
Section 2.
ZCBIH; MAP AMEH>ID
The official "The City of Bel Aire Zoning Plan" zoning map shall
be and is hereby amended in accordance with the findings made in
Section 1 of this Ordinance.
Section 3.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon itls
publication in the official city newspaper.
