201.2 SUBJECT: POLICY - REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION FOR USE OF CITY-
OWNED OR SPONSORED FACILITIES.
:1 OBJECTIVE:
A system for identification of persons using or entitled to use City-owned or
sponsored facilities.
:2 AUTHORITY:
This procedure amended by City Council September 29, 2003.
:3 DIRECTION:
Director, as an appointed official, serves at the pleasure of, and receives direction
from the Mayor through the Chief Administrative Officer.
:4 POLICY:
The Mayor or designee may issue a Complimentary Pass for a specific date or period
when issuance of such pass is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
A Complimentary Pass shall entitle the holder admission to, or use of City-owned
beach-boating swimming facilities.
:5 FORMS:
None.
:6 COMMITTEE RESPONSIBILITIES:
None.
