RECEIVING AND REFERRING THE APPLICATION OF MARKET SQUA}~ ASSOCIATES,
INC. FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLanNING
COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE ].5.1 OF
THE CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application of Market Square Associates, Inc. for revision of the
Zoning District Map from M-1 (Industrial) to B-2 (general business) is received
and referred to the Planning Commission for public hearing and recommendation
under Chapter 11, Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
