RESOL~ION NO. 86-142 ~OPT~ July 9, 19~
A RESOL~ION: APPOI~ING A T~PORARY DEPU~ ZONING ~MINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the Zoning A~inistrator and both Deputy Zoning A~inistra-
tors will be out of tom for professional development or vacation purposes
for portions of the week of July 21-25, 1986; and
WHER~S, Mary R. Mack, Zoning and Development Assistant, routinely
processes zoning inquiries and zoning pemit applications for the Zoning
A~inistrator's signature; and
WHER~S, the appointment of a t~porary Deputy Zoning A~inistrator
for the week of July 21-25, 1986, to handle routine zoning pemit applica-
tions will avoid inconveniences to the public during this period:
~EFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Tom of Leesburg in Virginia
as follows:
Mary R. Mack, Zoning and Development Assistant, is appointed Deputy
Zoning A~inistrator, effective for the period July 21-25, 1986.
