FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING COM-
MISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE
CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The application, of,Marcus'W. Montgomery for revision of the zoning
district-map, assigned No. ZM-79, to rezone 123.7 acres from County R-1 to
County C-1 and Town R-4, R-3, and R-2 :is received and'.referred to the Plan-
ning Commission for-public .hea~ing.and re¢omm'endationunder Chapter 11,
Title 15.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
