A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY FINDING
NO MAJORITY PROTEST IN RE ANNEXA-
TION NO. 11
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLO; /S:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Temple
City does hereby find and determine in re the Protest Hearing called
in connection with Annexation No. 11 on June 8, 1966, and continued
to June 21, 1966, that no majority protest has been filed as provided
in the Inhabitation Annexation Act of 1913.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19thday of July, 1966.
