APPOINTING EUGENE LAVAN PERMANENT
COMMUTER PARKING LOT ATTENDANT
WHEREAS, there is a need for a permanent Parking Attendant at the Community
Development Commuter Parking lot located at the intersection of Koosevelt and
Industrial Avenues; and
WHEREAS, Eugene Lavan has been serving in the above said position since June
5, 1997; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make said
appointment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that
EUGENE F. LAVAN
is hereby appointed to the position of permanent Community Development Parking
Attendant for the Community Development Parking Lot located at Roosevelt and
Industrial Avenues for an average of fifteen (15) to twenty (20) hours per week at a
rate of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per week, effective December 5, 1997.
Adopted this 4th day of December 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 5, 1997.
