RESOLUTION NO. 86-175 ADOPTED August 27, 1986
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR LEASE OF LOUDOUN MUSEUM
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is authorized and directed to execute an agreement with
Loudoun Museum, Inc. for the five year lease of properties owned in fee
simple by the Town of Leesburg located at 16 Loudoun Street, S. W., Lot
23, Block 16, Loudoun County Tax Map 48A and at 20 Wirt Street, S.W. Lot
5A, Block 23, Loudoun County Tax Map 48A.
