A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY FINDING
NO MAJORITY PROTEST IN THE ANNEXA-
TION NO. 12
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Temple City
does hereby find and determine in re the Protest Hearing called in
connection with Annexation No. 12 on July 7, 1966, that no majority
protest has been filed as provided in the Inhabitation Annexation Act
of 1913.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolution.

I hereby certify that the above Resolution No. 66 -633 was
adopted by the City Council at an adjourned meeting held on the 19th
day of July, 1966.
