AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT OF RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT
WITH VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF
ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO THE RESTROOMS AND PICNIC PAVILION AT
FOXRIDGE PARK.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The manager is authorized to execute an easement of right-of-way agreement
with the Virginia Electric and Power Company~which is necessary to provide
electrical service to the restrooms and picnic pavilion at Foxridge Park.
PASSED this 8th day of October ,1986.
