A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE SUBDIVISION
AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REGARDING VARIANCES
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider a proposed amendment of
Section 13-91 of the Subdivision and Land Development Regulations of the
Town Code regarding variances shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror
on October 23, 1986, and October 30, 1986, for public hearing on November
12, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W.,
Leesburg, Virginia.
