RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg received proposals on August 8, 1986 from
architectural/engineering professionals to design and provide construction
managoment for the Central Warehouse and ltaintenance Facility; and
WIH~REAS, the review co~nittee interviewed the three highest ranked firms
in accordance with Section 8.3 of the purchasing regulations; and
WHEREAS, the review comaittee ranked Hays, Seay, Hattern and Hattern as
the highest rated firm and has concluded contract ne§otiations:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesbur§ in Virginia as
follows:
The 14anager is authorized and directed to enter into a contract, on behalf
of the Town, with Hays, Seay, 14attern and 14attern in an amount not to exceed
$171,000.00 for the design and construction management of a Central. Warehouse
and Naintenance Facility.
