WHEREAS, bids were requested for the purchase of a tractor and a garden
tractoR and~
WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid was by Whitmore & Arnold of Purcellville,
Virginia:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
Section I. The Town Manager shall purchase a tractor and a garden tractor
from Whitmore & Arnold of Purcellville, Virginia for an amount not to exceed
$15,389.00.
