AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO PURCHASE A
DUMP TRUCK, TWO ~ TON PICK-UP TRUCKS AND
A COMPACT TRUCK
WHEREAS, bids were requested for the purchase of a dump truck, two ½ ton
pick-up trucks and a compact truc~ and
WHEREAS, the lowest and best bid was by Leesburg Ford of Leesburg, Virginia:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
Section I. The Town Manager shall purchase a dump truck, two ½ ton pick-up
trucks and a compact truck from Leesburg Ford of Leesburg, Virginia for an amount
not to exceed $62,098.60.
