Committee members present at the start of the meeting: Jim Branch, Mark Schreiber, Glen Costales Staff present: Steve Crowell, Drew Hilpert, Gail Strope Others present: Madeleine Leroux Meeting came to order at 5:03 p.m. Councilman Costales made a motion to approve the minutes which was seconded by Councilman Schreiber. The motion passed 3-0. Renewal of the Economic Development Contract with the Chamber of Commerce. Presented by City Counselor Drew Hilpert. Mr. Hilpert explained that it was time to renew the Economic Development Contract with the Chamber of Commerce. After discussion and questions, Councilman Costales made a motion to move the bill onto the Council which was seconded by Councilman Schreiber. The motion passed 3-0. Councilwoman Ward joined the meeting at 5:14 p.m. Appointments Review Presented by Human Resources Director Gail Strope. The committee reviewed the recommendations by Mayor Tergin. After discussion and questions, Councilman Costales made a motion to move the bill onto the Council which was seconded by Councilman Scriber. The motion passed 4-0.
