WATER SERVICES APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret wishes to have located on Cooke Avenue, a
water supply source for fire protection purposes; and
WHEREAS, in order to obtain said Water Supply Source it is necessary for the
Borough to make application to the Middlesex Water Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the attached application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application fee is authorized to be paid.
Adopted this 1 lth day of December, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 12, 1997.
