RESOLUTION NO. 86-235 ADOPTED November 12,
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR #ZM-78 BY MARKET SQUARE
ASSOCIATES AND SPECIAL EXCEPTION #86-1A and lB ALSO BY
MARKET SQUARE ASSOCIATES.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider the following shall be pub-
lished in the Loudoun Times-Mirror.
1. Rezoning Application #ZM-78 by Market Square Associates
2. Special Exception Application #iA and lB by Market Square
Associates.
Notice of these public hearings shall be published in the Loudoun
Times Mirror on December 31, 1986, and January 8, 1987, for public hearing
on January 14, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun
Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
