OF A TRAFFIC SIGNAL
as follows:
The easement herein referred to is accepted.

Town of Leesburg
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg has completed installation of a traffic
signal at the intersection of Catoctin Circle and Harrison Street; and
I~EREAS, additional right-of-way is required for the support pole on
the southeast corner of said intersection; and
I~!EREAS, Harvest Square Associates has granted the necessary right.-
of-way to the Town of Leesburg:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia
