"RESOLVED by the governing be dy- of the Village Council
of the Village-ef Medina in the County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, at a duly called meeting thereof, legally held on
the 5th day of NevemAber, 1956, a quorum' being present, that
_in its opinion it is expedient to to issue to the State of
Minneeota the bonds of said Village, to the aggregate amaant
of /15. „000.00 .for general ,road improvement in the village
said bonds to bear interest in the amount of 3�, 1% :

that the, p-ropoSition of issuing said bonds stall be submitted
to the electors of said Village, at a special election to be
held therein on the 4th day of December, 1956, between the
hours of 8:00 o'clock A. 14. and 400 o'clock P. M. f uad that
due notice thereof be given, as required by law."
This motion was duly seconded by Jack Crahan, a member of said
governing body, and being put to a votes prevailed unanimous "yeas",
none "Nays"
