RESOLUTION NO. 86-253
A RESOLUTION: ADOPTING REVISED LEESBURG MUNICIPAL AIRPORT RULES, REGULATIONS
AND MINIMUM STANDARDS
WHEREAS, Rules and Regulations for Leesburg Municipal Airport were first
adopted November 27, 1974; and
WHEREAS, revised airport Rules and Regulations were adopted on March 8,
1978; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration and the Virginia Department of
Aviation have reviewed the new Leesburg Municipal Airport Rules, Regulations and
Minimum Standards and their comments have been incorporated into the final
draft; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Commission recommended adoption of the final draft at
their meeting on November 13, 1986.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
The revised Leesburg Municipal Airport Rules, Regulations and Minimum
Standards as recommended by the Airport Commission and transmitted to Council on
November 14, 1986, are hereby adopted.
