A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY CONFIRMING SEWER
ASSESSMENTS FOR TEMPLE CITY IMPROVEMENT
NO. 4 (GREEN STREET)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 3114 of the
Streets and Highways Code, the report of the Superintendent of
Streets with respect to the construction of improvements known
as Temple City Improvement No. 4 (Green Street sewers) and the
proposed assessments as shown in the filed diagram and assess-
ment are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. It is further confirmed that, upon the
recording of Notice of Assessment in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, State of California, the assess-
ments as shown in said filed diagram and assessment shall become
a lien upon the lots or portions of lots assessed, respectively.
