A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF A SECOND PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
ZONING MAP AMENDMENT #ZM-76-ECHOLS/CORNWELL
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing for a second public hearing on rezoning
application #ZM-76 by Echols/Cornwell to amend the zoning district map of
the Leesburg Zoning Ordinance to rezone 8.8 acres of land from R-3 to R-4
and B-2 shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on January 15, 1987
and January 22, 1987, for public hearing on January 28, 1987 at 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W. Leesburg, Virginia.
