RESOLUTION AMENDING SHORT
DISABILITY PAYMENTS IN 1998
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret
that effective January 1, 1998, the Short Term Disability benefit
payments shall be at a rate, not to exceed, Three Hundred Sixty-
Four Dollars ($364.00) per week for full-tinm employees and One
Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars ($182.00) per week for part-time
employees, and the Chief Financial Officer is hereby authorized
and directed to undertake such action as is required to imple-
ment this provision in the Borough's Policy, No. 17318Q, with
the Prudential Insurance Company of America.
Adopted the 18th day of December, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 19, 1997.
