The Council of the Pillage of Medina met in special session on Tuesday, May
20, 1969 at 7:40 P. M.

All members present.
Representatives qtthe Elk River Cooperative appeared with regard to obtaining
a special us(137aliVaild a sub -station at the corner of #24 and 07. Discussion
with regard to two sites. Moved by Harold Winterhalter that the meeting
adjourn for twenty minutes or so for all interested parties to go to look at
the sites.

Motion carried.
After returning to the Hall there was discussion and the Elk River Cooperative
agreed to take borings on the low site and return to the June 3rd meeting
with their findings.
John Mickman appeared with regard to moving the parish house in Hamel to the
site at Lake Ardmore. Moved by Raymond Bosch to accept the Recommendations
of the Planning Commission and grant Mr. Mickman a variance to the five
acre requirement on the 3.5 acres according to the legal description given
in the Planning Commisssion's recommendation, to move the house from Hamel.

Motion carried.
Moved by Harold Winterhalter to give Mr. Mickman authorization to move the
house over Pillage roads, with the approval of Leo Leuer as to condition of
roads.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion carried.
Robert Scott appeared with regard to obtaining a special use permit for a
private dog kennel. There was discussion and action will be taken at the
regular meeting of June 3, 1969.
Roland Wyckoff of Independence Beach appeared with regard to the condition of
his sewer. He is to contact Russel Bouley to get a permit and is to come to
June 3rd aestfngmfor formal approval.
