AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH
MIDDLESEX COUNTY FOR PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is desirous of contracting with Middlesex
County furnishing health services; and
WHEREAS, said agreement is for services for the period January 1, 1998 through
December 31, 1999;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized
to execute said agreement between the Borough of Carteret and Middlesex County
for public health services.
Adopted this 18th day of December, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 19, 1997.
