The Hillsborough Planning Board will hold a special, emergency meeting at
6:30 pm on Thursday, March 10, 1994 in the Hillsborough Town Barn. The
following item will be discussed:
1. Review of the Final Plat for Elin Court Subdivision.

Members Present: Bill Crowther, Stuart Munson, Wendy Olson, Louise Long, Robert
Murphy, Sam Jones
Staff Present: Margaret Hauth, Planning Director
Crowther convened the special planning board meeting at 7:00 PM.
ITEM #1: There were no adjustments to the agenda
ITEM #2: Consideration of Final Plat approval for Elin Court — continued from March
regular meeting due to lack of a quorum. Hauth presented the Final Plat, noting
the applicant had met the approval conditions.
MOTION: Murphy moved to approve the Final Plat as submitted. Olson seconded.
VOTE: Unanimous
ITEM #3: The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
