ORDINANCE NO. / '19
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SOCTION 1. (1) (H) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 105 PROVIDING FOR THE PLANNING
AND ZONING REGULATIONS FOR THE CITY OF BEL
AIRE, KANSAS (DISTRICTS AND GENERAL
REGULATIONS - INCLUSION OR ADDITIONAL
TERRITORY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS) AND
REPEALING SECTION 1 (1) (H) OF SAID ORDINANCE
NO. 105.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE <DVERNIliG OOJY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1. ~ OF SECl'Irn 1 (1) (H).
Section 1. District and General Regulations (1.) (H.) (inClusion
of additional territory within the City Limits) of Ordinance 105 shall be
and is hereby amended to read as follows:
"All land or territory which shall be included or annexed to the City
of Bel Aire, Kansas shall be, upon it's inclusion or annexation to the
City, be given the like City zoning classification as such property, land
or territory had been classified under the Sedgwick County .Zoning
Regulations".
Section 2. REPEAL
Section 1 (1) (H) of Ordinance No. 105 of th City of Bel Aire, Kanss
shall be and is hereby repealed.
Section 3. :EFF.ErTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon it's
publication in the official City newspaper.
