a. Final Plat Application — Eagle Rock Engineering; Countryside Estates; a
Subdivision located on the North side of 49th North, between 45th East and 55th
East(Subdivision Agreement to be presented in October)ACTION ITEM
b. Variance Application — Nolan Getsinger; for the property located at 5434 E.
Steele Avenue, pertaining to the required minimum lot size and total width
required at the front lot line as specified by Iona City Code § 11-4-6(A); as well
as a Variance for the maximum height allowed for a building or structure as
specified by Iona City Code § 11-4-4 ACTION ITEM
