A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY RATIFYING CLAIMS
AND DEMANDS PREVIOUSLY PAID BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF CARSON IN THE AMOUNT OF 527,148.00, DEMAND NUMBERS
HA -0001011 THROUGH HA -0001013
THE CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following claims and demands have been audited as required by law and
hereby allowed in the amount hereinafter set forth:

ON MARCH 6, 2012, THE CARSON HOUSING AUTHORITY RATIFIED THE ABOVE
DEMAND NUMBERS HA -0001011 THROUGH HA -0001013, PREVIOUSLY PAID BY THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF CARSON. THE AUTHORITY
TREASURER IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO PAY OUT OF THE FUNDS NAMED HEREON
TO EACH OF THE CLAIMANTS LISTED ABOVE THE AMOUNT OF WARRANT
APPEARING OPPOSITE THEIR RESPECTIVE NAMES, FOR THE PURPOSE STATED ON
THE RESPECTIVE DEMANDS, MAKING A TOTAL OF $27,148.00.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6T" DAY OF MARCH, 2012.

I, Donesia L. Gause, Authority Secretary of the Carson Housing Authority, of the City of Carson,
California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the Carson Housing Authority

adopted by said Authority at a regular meeting duly and regularly held on the 6th day of March, 2012,
