A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING THE
FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 BUDGET IN THE NPDES FUND FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PROJECT NO. 1515: CARSON STORMWATER
CAPTURE FACILITY AT CARRIAGE CREST PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Year 2018-19 (FY18-19) budget on June 19, 2018
for the General Fund and Special Revenue Funds of the City via Resolution No. 18-069; and
WHEREAS, $5.7 million County contribution will need to be appropriated for expenditure to pay
the contractors for the construction of Project No. 1515: Carson Stormwater Capture Facility at Carriage
Crest Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it necessary to amend the FY18-19 NPDES budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND,
DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following amendment(s) will be made to the City's FY18-19 budget.
01-80-820-285-6004 NPDES
Increase
$5,720,000.00
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall keep a copy of
this resolution attached to the FY18-19 budget on file, and effective as of July 3`d, 2018 the same shall be
in force and effect.
