CLASSIFICATION OF "B" MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND
HEREIN D.ESX[BED IN THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS AND AMEMlIRi THE ''CITY OF BEL AIRE
ZONIR; PLAN" Z(~IRi W\P.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNIR; BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1. za.lIRi CLASSIFICATICE ClJARiID.
The Zoning Classification of "R" Rural Residential on the following
described tract of land within the City of Bel Aire, Kansas, be and is
hereby changed to the zoning classification of "B" Multi-Family, to wit:
A tract of land lying in the Southeast
Quarter, Section 19, Township 26 South, Range
2 East of the 6TH P.M., Sedgwick County,
Kansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line and
50.00 feet North of the Southwest corner of
said Southeast Quarter; thence N 10 00' 33" W,
1615.00 feet along the West line of said

Southeast Quarter; thence N 88 59' 27" E,
680.00 feet; thence S 10 00'33" E, 690.00
feet; thence S 260 00' 33" E, 885.00 feet;
thence S 00 16' 58" E, 136.27 feet to a point
lying 50.00 feet North of the South line of
said Southeast Quarter; thence S 890 43' 02"
W, 1052.37 parallel with said South line to
the point of beginning.
Consisting of 29.9 acres.
Section 2.
Z(N[R; MAP AMENDED.
The official "The City of Bel Aire Zoning Plan" zoning map shall be
and is hereby amended in accordance with the findings made in Section 1 of
this Ordinance.
Section 3.
EFFEI:TIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon it's publication
in the official City newspaper.
