AUTHORIZING BIDS-
CARTERET AVENUE PEDESTRIAN
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, there is a need for Pedestrian Safety Improvements to Carteret Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to accept bids for said Pedestrian
Safety Improvements to Carteret Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for said
Pedestrian Safety Improvements to Carteret Avenue.
Adopted this 3rd day of May, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on May 4, 2001.
