AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN STP-URBAN PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
(MODOT) FOR THE HIGHWAY 54 AND STADIUM BOULEVARD INTERCHANGE PROJECT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
STP-Urban Program Supplemental Agreement with the Missouri Highways and Transportation
Commission (MoDOT) for the Highway 54 and Stadium Boulevard Project.
Section 2. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that
agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval. -

STP-URBAN PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT is entered into by the Missouri Highways
and Transportation Commission (hereinafter, "Commission") and the City of Jefferson
(hereinafter, "City").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on November 13, 2013 the Commission and the City previously
entered into a STP-Urban Funds Agreement as to public improvements designated as
STP-3111(509), for the construction of roadway improvements along Christy Drive,
Jefferson Street, Stadium Boulevard, Tanner Bridge Road, and the on-and-off ramps to
US 54, (hereinafter, "Original Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Commission and the City now desire to revise the Original
Agreement as provided in this Supplemental Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, promises and
representations contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
(1) REVISION: Exhibit B of the Original Agreement is hereby removed and
replaced with the following:
See attached Exhibit B — Revised.
(2) ORIGINAL AGREEMENT: Except as otherwise modified, amended, or
supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement between the
parties shall remain in full force and effect and shall extend and apply to this
Supplemental Agreement as if fully written in this Supplemental Agreement.

Exhibit B — Project Schedule
Project Description STP-3111 (509) includes modifications to the intersections of the
westbound on and off ramps of Highway 54 and Jefferson Street, the intersection of
Jefferson and Stadium, the intersection of Stadium and Christy, the intersection of
Stadium and Monroe, and the intersection of the eastbound on and off ramps of
Highway 54 with Christy and Tanner Bridge Road. It will also include the widening of
Monroe Street from Tanner Bridge Road to Woodlawn Ave. to accommodate two-way
traffic.
