SPECIAL MEETING
June 5, 2001
The Moab City Council held a Special Meeting on the above in the
Council Chambers of Moab City Offices, located at 115 West 200
South, Moab, Utah. Mayor Karla R. Hancock called the Special City
Council Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. In attendance were
Councilmembers Gregg W. Stucki, Joseph Lekarczyk, Rob Sweeten,
Kirstin Peterson and Kyle Bailey. Also present were City Manager
Donna J. Metzler, and City Recorder/Assistant City Manager Rachel
Ellison.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was:
1) Approval of a Local Consent for a Restaurant Liquor License for
Paul McCarroll, d.b.a. Center Caf6 Located at 60 North 100 West
2) Budget Workshop between the Governing Body and City
Department Heads for F.Y. 2000-2001 for all funds
3) Budget Workshop between the Governing Body and City
Department Heads for F.Y. 2001-2002 for all funds
Councilmember Lekarczyk moved to Approve a Local Consent for a
Restaurant Liquor License for Paul McCarroll, d.b.a. Center Caf6
Located at 60 North 100 West. Councilmember Peterson seconded the
motion. The motion carried 5-0 aye.
Under Budget Workshop between the Governing Body and City
Department Heads for F.Y. 2000-2001 for all funds and Budget
Workshop between the Governing Body and City Department Heads for
F.Y. 2001-2002 for all funds City Manager Metzler distributed a written
memo. Discussion followed.
Mayor Hancock adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:02 p.m.
