A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2009-2010 FINANCIAL REPORT
FOR YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to file a financial report to the
Iowa Department of Management for year ending June 30, 2010.
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, Iowa is required to publish in the legally
recognized newspaper the completed financial report. Upon receipt of proof of legal
publishing the completed and signed report will be submitted to the Iowa Department
of Management by the City Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY'COUNCIL O F THE
CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA:
Motion made by Councilperson: Mike Gericke. Seconded by Councilperson Travis Weipert
to approve Resolution 2010-57 for the 2009-2010 Financial Report and authorize
submission of report by the City Clerk to the Iowa Department of Management.
Aye: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
Nay: None
Absent: None
Five votes by City Council members, Mayor Royce Phillips declared Resolution
2010-57 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2009-2010 FINANCIAL REPORT FOR
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 approved and therefore affixes his signature.
PASSED AND APPROVED THE 22nd day of November 2010.
