RESOLUTION NO. 16-17-CRJPA, A RESOLUTION OF THE CARSON RECLAMATION
AUTHORITY RATIFYING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,360,795.90.
THE CARSON RECLAMATION AUTHORITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:

Section 2. On November 1, 2016, the Carson Reclamation Authority ratified the
above demands and the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay, out of the Authority
funds, to each of the claimants listed above, the amount of claims appearing opposite
their respective names, for the purpose stated on the respective demands, making a total
of $1,360,795.90.

Section 3. That the Authority Secretary shall certify to the passage and adoption of this
Resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
