The Town of Leesburg is pleased to announce the nominees for the 10th Annual
Business Appreciation Awards.

Leesburg Business Appreciation Award
program is the Leesburg business
community’s premier, annual event. It

To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Annual Business Appreciation Awards, the
Leesburg Economic Development Commission has created a new award category, the Rising
Star Award. This award celebrates a Leesburg business which has been in operation for less
than one year and has set itself apart from other businesses through its exemplary
achievements. The recipient of this award will be chosen by the Leesburg Economic
Development Commission.

To be eligible for nomination, businesses and organizations must be primarily physically located
within the corporate limits of the Town of Leesburg. Persons nominated for the George C.
Marshall Award are not required to reside within the Town limits.
Nominees and award recipients will be recognized at the 10th Annual Business Appreciation
Reception on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 in the ProJet Aviation Hangar at the Leesburg Executive
Airport. Businesses that have been operating for 25 years or more will also be recognized at
the reception as Leesburg’s Legacy Businesses.
The reception is open to the public. If interested in attending, please RSVP by Tuesday, May 10
