Regular Meeting

March 20, 2019 4:30 P.M. Greencastle City Hall
I. Pledge of Allegiance
II. Call to Order; Roll Call
Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM; upon roll by Clerk
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present William Dory, Craig Tuggle
and Trudy Selvia.
III. Special Requests
A. Sewage Leak Adjustment- Town of Fillmore - $14,276.04- Motion by
Craig Tuggle to approve the sewage leak adjustment in the amount of
$14,276.04, second Trudy Selvia, 3-0, motion carried.
IV. Approval of Minutes
A. Regular Session — February 13, 2019
Motion by Trudy Selvia to approve February 13, 2019 regular session
minutes as presented, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.
V. Approval of Claims
A. Water-Motion by Craig Tuggle to accept the Water Claims of$65,847.18
second Trudy Selvia, 3-0, motion carried
B. Wastewater-Motion by Trudy Selvia to accept the Wastewater Claims of
$49,103.07, second Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.

A. Fire Department— John Burgess
B. Planner— Scott Zimmerman
C. Police Department— Tom Sutherlin
D. Department of Public Works — Brad Phillips
E. Water &Wastewater Department— Oscar King

VIII. New Business
A. Indianapolis Road Change Order#1 - Motion by Trudy Seliva to
approve change order#1 on the Indianapolis road project and to allow
Mayor Dory to sign, second by Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.
B. IBM Lift Station Improvement- Motion by Trudy Selvia to take Curry and
Associates recommendation of the bid from B&T Drainage Inc. in the
amount of$207,559 which will be paid for by redevelopment, second by
Craig Tuggle, 3-0, motion carried.
C. Indianapolis Road Project-Pay App 2- Motion by Trudy Selvia to
approve Pay App 2 in the amount of$18,718.10, second by Craig Tuggle,
3-0, motion carried.
IX. Adjournment
Motion by Trudy Selvia to dismiss at 5:09 p.m., second Craig Tuggle, 3-0,
motion carried.
