A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, APPOINT-
ING A MEMBER OF SAID COUNCIL OF SAD CITY
TO THE CITY SELECTION COMMITTEE PURSUANT
TO PART 3 OF DIVISION 10 OF THE PUBLIC
UTILITIES CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Southern California Rapic
Transit District Law, being Part 3 of Division 10 of the Public
Utilities Code, Paul W. Beckley, a member of said City Council, Tr_
hereby appointed as a member of the City Selection Committee.
SECTION 2. That the within Resolution shall become open-,
tive and the appointment made by Section 1 hereof shall be effec-
tive on October 4, 1966.
SECTION 3. That immediately after the effective date of
the appointment hereby made, the City Clerk shall without delay
forward a certified copy of this Resolution, together with notice
of the appointment made hereby, to the Secretary of State, and a
certified copy of the Resolution to the Secretary of the Southern
California Rapid Transit District.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution, shall cause the action of the City Council in
adopting the same to be entered in the official minutes of said
City Council and shall retain this Resolution, duly signed and
executed by the proper City Officials, in the official records of
said City.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November,
i, Karl 1. Koski, City Clerk of the City of Temple City,
California, do hereby certify Resolution No. 66 -667 was duly
approved by the City Council of the City of Temple City, Califor-
nia, at a regular meeting held on November 1, 1966, by the fol-
lowing roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Beckley, Briggs, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
